A bit about me...
Birmingham-based Simon Lloyd is DTZ’s UK and EMEA head of industrial and logistics. He has over 30 years' experience advising landlords, developers and occupiers on their property holdings through a number of peaks and troughs in the market. Simon's specialist area of expertise includes large scale brownfield redevelopment, advising IMI on its former 100-acre site at Witton and Goodyear Dunlop on its 105-acre landholding in Erdington, both of which have been the subject of extensive regeneration programmes.
