SP8 events coming up in June and July
June 15 - 19th - Windmill Primay School - Telford - Art week (organised by our Regional Coordinator for the West Midlands, Megan Davies)
June 22 - 26th - Weston Coyney Primary school - Stoke on Trent - Art week including workshops with associated SP8 of the Art professional artists (organised by our HQ/North Staffs Coordinator, Jilly Stubbs).
June 30th - July 4th - SP8 involvement in the South Cheshire College Primary College - an Arts week to which all the primary schools in South Cheshire are invited - organised by Tom Weston (one of our Trustees) and Bridget Bowie ( our Cheshre District Coordinator)
July 6th - 10th - Apley Wood School - Telford - Art week including a fund raising fashion show (organised by Megan Davies).
July 9th - THE BORIS JOHNSON - GREATER LONDON AUTHORITY - ART WEEK FOR CHILDREN. A SPECIAL SP8 ART AND ENTERTAINMENT EVENT AT ALLEYN'S SCHOOL, DULWICH. Featuring the BBC's SMART team of Kirsten O'Brien and Mike Fishetti, Mark's former colleagues.
July 19th - McDonald's Derby - our second McDonalds workshop event - with guest artist in attendance - also welcoming children of Chernobyl. More details to follow...
August 30 - 231st - Bridgnorth Children's festival - more details to follow....

Weston Coyney Primary School
I want to say well done to every single child who took part in my cartoon workshops on Monday 22nd. Fantastic creativity shown by all & I can see I have a lot of competition in the future! Thanks to the kids for making me so welcome, also to those who gave me the Thank You card plus Sam (with the poorley eye) for his cartoon sheet as well, excellent work.
