We've been busy here at Speight of the Art putting on fantastic art workshops for children up and down the UK, and we're having a real impact on the places we visit. As a result, we've just received a glowing testimonial, (which is attached and I urge you to read),from Vine Tree primary school in Crewe, where we put on a Jungle themed art workshop recently. The event was a great success, and, in the headteachers own words;

We had children who excelled and shone in Art, who normally struggle in other areas. These children were nurtured and encouraged by the artists in such a way that they felt ‘ten feet tall’ by the end of the week.

It was a great day for all involved, including the chilren, parents and artists, and as a result, we have been chosen to be the schools chosen charity this year!
