Giuseppe Pennone at the Ikon Gallery now until 19 July

Giuseppe Penone was a prominent artist from the Arte Povera movement in Italy during the 1960’s. He was the only one from that group of artists to work extensively in the natural landscape, and he continues to do so, to this day.

His work includes woods, leaves, rivers and rocks, so if you are interested in Art and Nature, then this is the exhibition for you. I have already visited the exhibition twice, and I highly recommend it, as does the Independent newspaper, which lists this exhibition as in the top 5 around the country!

The Ikon Gallery is situated in the centre of Birmingham, within walking distance of Moor Street, New Street and Snow Hill stations, and admission is FREE!!
