All about me!
Born in Essex (many moons ago), I graduated with degree in Fine Art from Winchester School of Art, where I’d won the Hampshire County Council’s Travel Award, using the bursary to travel to Vienna to write a thesis on Klimt.
I shared exhibition space with Peter Paul Rubens (no less!) when 12 giant banners were displayed at the Whitehall Banqueting House (now in the collection of Carmel College.)
These days I’m a freelance artist and tutor. I exhibit with the Harrow Visual Arts Forum (HVAF); deliver workshops for The Museum of London; run Harrow School’s summer art schemes; tutor for Harrow and Hillingdon colleges; I advise on portfolio presentation and run Harrow Museum’s after school art club, ‘Arty Pants.’
Harrow College nominated me for the award of P/T Lecturer of the Year 2008. I’ve recently illustrated a book on Sikh tales, depicting the life of Guru Baba Ji.
